Essential Job Functions:
· Weigh each order or load as applicable – check production variances as listed in SOP’s and report intolerant weights of loads to lumberyard foreman.
· Complete daily and turn in truck delivery record to lumberyard foreman.

· Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, greeting, and acknowledging every guest.
· Maintaining solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
· Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
Hog Service Technician
Essential Job Functions:
· Give customers recommendations on the best parts & equipment available at the How to Build Center with which their needs can be addressed.
· Diagnose errors or service problems to determine proper solutions.
· Repair/replace faulty parts & equipment in area swine facilities.
